Conditions and information for customer

At a car rent moment you will need your passport, valid drivers license and credit card, issued on the name of the renter.

We accept any recognized international credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express), for car rental also your can pay by cash, bank transfer.

In Eurorenta car rental price is included Third Party Liability insurance with a maximum cover of 500 000,- EUR for personal injuries and 100 000,- EUR for material damages insurance amount and CASCO insurance (CDW, TP). If insurance is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car. If insurance is accepted, customer is only responsible from 500,-Eur up to 1000,-Eur (depends of car class) for every insured event. If driver’s not properly registered with the insured event, don’t registered event in police the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If CDW is already included in the rates, the renter For additional payment can to reduce the Non-Waivarable responsibility. If this Cover is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:
EUR 0- for all car groups.
If required passengers can be insured at additional charge.
In event of Car theft, the costumer must provide the car keys and documents. Car tires, keys, car audio equipment and renter’s personal belongings are not insured – it is renter’s full responsibility.
In case of loosing the car keys, documents, burns in seats and irreparable damage to the tires or car stereo - a fine of 300,-Eur (depending on the damage) will apply. Car parking costs and all fines paid by the customer.

Driver must be not less than 21 years old. The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. Driving license must be valid until the end of car rental term. Driving license must be written in Latin letters. Otherwise it is necessary to have a valid international driver’s license.

Rented car can be driven by additional person. One additional driver can be included in contract free of charge. All additional drivers must present the same driving documents like the renter. For more details Please contact with us.

Rental cars are provided to the customer with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. In case of returning a Car with a lack of fuel, each lacking litre of fuel shall be subject to coefficient of 1,5 from price of filled fuel plus the fuel tank filling fee of 10,00 € (ten Euro). If requested it is possible to use „Full tank service“. This service is possible when renter wishes to return car with empty tank. This request should be marked in contract.

Eurorenta delivery/collection service provided in any location of Lithuania or Baltic states. This service is subject to additional charges. The price of delivery or collection outside of Lithuania is made by agreement.

Eurorenta offers car rental with driver. Our experienced chauffeur will deliver you safely and promptly to your desired location. We provide a Meet and Greet service on all airport arrivals. Transfers to/from airports or point-to-point in Lithuania. Passenger transportation to Riga, Tallinn, Warsaw and Kaliningrad is subject to special rates.

Additional equipment can be rented for a longer period at special rate.

In case the rented vehicle has accident, technical break-down or is not disposable for any other reason Eurorenta will provide you with a replacement vehicle free of charge. The replacement vehicle shall not be granted, in case of customers own fault.
